Great overnight stay for a solo traveller
Capsule Hotel Anshin Oyado is a great place for an overnight stay before/after a train trip from Shinbashi station. It's very close to the station (2 minute walk) but it can be hard to find. Google Maps helps. The staff is used to foreign visitors (although 95% of people there are Japanese) and they have a great leaflet in English with step by step instructions of what to do. Bath (communal) was clean and well appointed. Common areas were basic with some vending machines and free miso soup mix. The capsule is bigger than most (I stayed on a VIP one) and it was quite comfortable. Air circulation was OK, but if you sleep warm, you may have to open the "door" a bit (they provide a binder clip for that purpose). If you have never stayed in a capsule hotel before, this is a great place to experience it.

Convenient location
Cheap, clean & good service. Wish they made the capsules soundproof. Everyone else’s snoring and flatulence didn’t let me sleep well.

As relaxing as a capsule hotel in Tokyo can be
Having been to the Shinjuku location, I'm familiar with Anshin Oyado. This is my first time staying in Shinbashi. I like this chain because of the extra things provided at no charge. The worker didn't speak a lot of English but tried very hard to explain the hotel area. The locker was too small for a carry on but they held onto the luggage at no charge. Plenty of free amenities like drinks, massage chair, relaxing lounge and paid amenities like hot food and other drinks. I stayed on the 6th floor. The capsules weren't overcrowded and people know to stay quiet in the room. The train tracks can be heard right behind you, but they also provide free earplugs. The public bath area is a little small but still very relaxing. The hotel is literally one minute away from the Karasumori exit, so it's very convenient for anyone who wants to stay near the station. Lots of bars and mini restaurants nearby to entertain. An Irish pub is also 2 mins away for anyone who wants to speak with English workers. If you enjoy the Sento/public bath and travel solo, this place is very convenient and provides plenty to make your stay as comfortable as a capsule hotel in Tokyo can.

A fair stay.
Basically the hotel is small while comparing to its sister hotel at Shinjuku which made the stay less pleasant. The hotel staff are friendly as usual.
