    It is a nice hotel with friendly staff

    Very good breakfast buffet. The cooks must be very good. I found many dishes were all very well prepared. The rooms are comfortable. Low points are: hotel’s Wifi was exceedingly poor. The regular telephone in the room is also very poor quality: very noisy with static noise that I can’t call housekeeping. By the way, subway construction is on going while we stayed, but no noise pollution. Only in and out of the hotel could be messy. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

    The rooms are great and definitely 5 star quality. The location was great since it is right next to the Yiwu market. However, the breakfast buffet was sub-par. When you get tired of the local Chinese food, go to the mall next door (the one where McDonalds is) and eat at the Mado Ice Cream restaurant. They have pizza and other Mediterranean food. We ended up eating dinner there every night.

    The hotel room was not cleaned. There was some scent of cigarette right after I entered the room and acknowledged that I have requested for a non-smoking room. When pulling out the mini bar folder I found out there is some sticky, oil-like material underneath, showing their lack of attention when cleaning the room. Also, the room was paid on Expedia when booking, but somehow the reception charged my card even after I clearly stated the payment was made beforehand.

    The room was the best room I have ever had. Great view of the city, nice layout, functional, attractive, clean, classy. The location is across from Gangxia station for easy train usage. The location offers lots of services and restaurants within a block or two of the hotel. Central Park is nearby for a walk. Everything was as it should be. Staff is a little light on English, but functional enough.
