    Great location, not great room.
The location is perfect, just blocks from the beach. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. It is pet friendly. The neighborhood is safe and has tons of places to eat and shop very close by. The room itself was not good- sand on the floors, broken cabinets and doors, hair in the drains, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, etc. You can't beat the price for the location, but it needs to be cleaned and updated.

    Nice little place
Room was cozy and clean. The shower could use some updating, as it was a little confusing to figure out. I plan on staying here again when work takes me down to VA beach.

The bathroom: didn't work the air extractor and in the shower only have hot water. I reported to the desk front and the man told me that in the morning will send to some guy of maintenance, but never nobody came in the morning until 11:00 am when made check out. The Wi fi, never worked, supposedly I was connected to the internet with your network, but I never got internet. I had to leave the bedroom to report that inconvenience because the room's telephone did not work. I reported this at night and the lady who answered me said that this had never happened and that they had never had any complaints about the inconveniences I told them. I asked him to come up with me to show him the damage, but they did not. On top of that, a small window did not have a good curtain so daylight would not come in. In the morning we received all daylight inside the bedroom.

various state of disrepair, bed supported by 2 bricks, etc. Smokers outside every room in small pool courtyard.....parking is cramped, overbooked......nice hosts, they just arent paying attention.

Great location, 3 blocks from the beach without the on the shore prices. The family that runs the place is super amazing and friendly. This place was one of the few businesses on the shore that I actually liked interacting with
