Hotel room smelled moldy. Shower head was clogged and only about ½ the holes worked. Bathtub in room never got hot water. Reception on the tv was static and kept cutting out. Of our 3 hotels we stayed at on our trip, this was by far the least impressive.
The location is very nice and the ocean is absolutely gorgeous. Beds were too short - my feet were hanging over :) and I am not a tall person..We had a problem with bathroom plumbing. Asked them to fix(not once) ...didn't happen. Food in the main restaurant was not so good and menu was very limited. Outside snack bar was good.
This place is awesome. I enjoy staying here every time I travel to Cancun. The facilities are great, the food is good and beaches are super clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. One slight issue I had was the security was being a little too extra when I pulled a Cuban cigar at the pool. He thought it was weed but it was just a cigar. Aside from that it was great and I will stay again in the future.
This is a pretty good hotel that offers great value during the summer off season. The staff was very helpful and for the most part on point. There were a couple of times that they were a little over bearing. Both of the pools are beautiful and the hotel grounds are well kept. The restaurant was good with quite a few different options for meals. We would defiantly stay at this hotel again.
Rooms didn’t have that clean aspect, no small toiletries. Also tv wasn’t working properly, the phone to call wasn’t working, no signs or directory of numbers to call in case we need anything. The location and the massage rooms are the best! Beside that the service was ok nothing beyond.
