We love this place!
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our 6 day stay! The front desk was so accommodating in find the right room for us, the room was very clean and comfortable, the food was so good and Keira and Luisa were the best servers and always had a smile! We loved having Valentin as our waiter also... This was our 3rd time there this year and we plan to return again soon.

Not a 8 but more like a 4.
The hotel was rated 8.0 but my experience did not reflect that high of a rating. The hotel manager Raul is fantastic and accommodating. There is only one restaurant and everything is buffet style. Other all inclusive resorts have sit down restaurants where you can order from a menu. Not here. Water is not automatically being served, you have to ask for it. Restaurants do not open on time, staff will argue with guests and give attitude. Ramirez, the bartender was flat out rude and said a cuss word in Spanish when I asked for a drink at 9.58pm (bar closes at 10pm). Room was okay but had bunch of little bugs (looked like ants but were not ants) in the bathroom. The bugs went over all my stuff, gross. The sheet was not clean, had food stains and hair on it, sheets were not changed before we checked in. Bar on the beach is barely open, bartender is never there. I would rate this hotel a 4 but definitely not a 8.

Likes-staff was friendly and the food was what you would expect for an all inclusive. Dislike- no wash rags, two waters in your room at check in then you have to refill them every day. Overall for the price it wasn't bad.
