Very Disappointed
While the staff was lovely, the hotel itself needs some work. We stayed in room 8, and outside our door was a large mold stain. They didn't stock the room for 3 people, so we had to ask multiple times for towels and bedding... and they only gave us two keys. Once we received the towels, they were frayed and smelled mildewed. The cleaning lady came first thing in the morning, so we asked her to come back. She didn't return. It was only when I asked for the room to be cleaned, that it was done... this was at 19:30 (7:30 PM). The entire place needs a good paint job. Breakfast looks like it was pre-prepared and then reheat (dried out). Some of the lights in the hotel and room didn't work. Some of the outlets didn't work either. There was a free 750 bottle of grecian wine though. I would not recommend this place.

Affordable Hotel in Fira
Central Fira Hotel is a small, affordable choice in Fira. It is centrally located and near the bus station. The room was spacious and included a small refrigerator, a hot buffet breakfast (included in the price) was plentiful and varied, and wifi worked well. Personnel at the reception were helpful and informative.

Marvelous hotel
Marvelous customer service with great info on how to get around town and sight see.Good breakfast. Location was fantastic, city view not ocean.Nice bed and quiet area.The staff were marvelous waiting on me hand and foot and checking in to see if I was ok as a solo traveler.Felt like a home away from home😘😘😘
