Horrible stay
The area is not safe. People hanging nearby doesn't make you feel safe. The front desk lady was really rude and not answering all of my questions. The rooms were not clean and the floor was sticky. There is not enough breakfast for the guests. Whoever gets in early, gets all. We found empty containers. The shower doesn't have a shampoo holder - what kind of design is that?!

Room had closet but no hangers, a tv but no cable (I was there 3 days and complained every day). Was not offered a new room (not sure if it's bc I booked thru hotels.com). Outlets but no power on some of them. Bed was serviceable enough but those box springs were creaky. The shower was nice and toasty and the staff was nice but overall I can't really recommend.

Place to lay your head, that’s about it
Staff was polite, however our room was never serviced or cleaned during our stay. Room condition was dirty (you couldn’t walk barefoot on floor without your feet turning black from dirt) and in room condition was old and outdated. Main door to room was warped and would not close all the way. Parking lot on premise was hard to navigate due to massive potholes. Surrounding area around hotel was not safe, fortunately there is a gate for the hotel grounds. We expected more for the price we paid. The hotel provided us a marginally safe place to lay our heads at night, but that was about it.

Don’t stay there worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Worst stay ever!! Do not stay here. Staff is very rube. Pictures look nthn like the room. It’s very ghetto. The room didn’t have working ac nor tv. And they wouldn’t fix the problem Kimberly that works front desk is rude. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Well this place is a dump.
Yeah, so in the blinds fell to the floor in the first room I was in. In the second room in which I asked to be moved, the television picture was fuzzy. I asked if could they could fix the tv and they "tried" but I do not know the TV didn't work for my entire stay. No other food options at breakfast, so not really "continental" yeah overall the stay was 3 out of 10.
