Very Good
The room is very close the the train station and was very clean. Food at the restaurant was good. The biggest downfall of this hotel is the location, it is in the Red Light District, therefore you see a lot of men and homelessness. It can be avoided if you exit the hotel and walk down the main street. Strong wifi! We had no problems walking in the red light district nearby the hotel. I would stay again.

Definitely recommend!
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Food was good and there was plenty of room in the bar. Walking distance to most places. Room was comfortable and clean.

Very Good
Decent well priced hotel.
Decently well priced hotel. Clean and friendly staff! Not of four star standard as advertised, but decent value for money, with updated contemporary design and furniture. Would consider this hotel an option again.

Great stay, but pay a lot extra during trade shows
I stayed here during the big Frankfurt trade fair Light & Building. Like many European hotels, the Holiday Inn seriously increased the rates during the dates of the Fair. My nights during the Fair were 3 times higher than my final night in Frankfurt, after the Fair ended: we're talking mid $400s down to low $100s on the last night. Despite making a serious extra profit on the same room, I was charged an extra 75 euros for high-speed WiFi. The only way to get the high-speed WiFi for free was to sign up for a rewards program -- so now I can expect non-stop emails from the hotel group that owns Holiday Inn. Other than that, the hotel is much nicer than US Holiday Inns, very modern, very clean, very quiet, and is very well-located in Central Frankfurt. My only complaint about the room was that the lighting configuration basically required you to have either most of the lights on, or most of the lights off: it cannot be personalized.
