This an intimate, boutique hotel with a homey feel. Well trained and ample staff take care of your every need. You are greeted by name at every encounter and knowledgeable staff can help you navigate everything Barcelona. Rooms are very clean, modern and somewhat large by European standards but with very large and modern bathrooms. Impeccable. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at The Serras. Daniel at the front door was so helpful with directions, taxis, and any questions. Sandra in the restaurant at breakfast was wonderful! After one day she has our order memorized-and being gluten free that’s a plus! My GF bread was always waiting for me. All the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to visit again
