good hotel if changed the stuff,the hotel manager
the hotel manager (mamdoh el omda) not cooperative at all .this guy made my stay auful, the hotel stuff not trained , the, cleaning is good , but many lights are brocken with no hope to fix it,

Worst Service, Super small room
First, not a hotel... its a motel. Second, worst service ever. When I got to my room I found out that I needed another pillow so I call and order one, it never comes! Then later that night I call to order breakfast for the next morning because the reception said you had to order it from the night before (the do not have a restaurant, only room served breakfast) so I did ordered it then next morning it didn't come. I call again and the order was never taken. It then came after 30 mins or so, on the other hand, quality of breakfast was okay. Then I complained again about the service and they send me the pillow. The next morning same thing happened again with the breakfast. Didn't come as requested until I called again in the morning. The are very unorganized. Also the bathroom had water all over the floor because the tap was dripping, asked them to come fix it but no one came. Also they never cleaned up the room. Apparently the room service people don't have a key to the room and they need me to be there for them to clean up!!!!!!!!! that's why they never came because I didn't wait long enough for them to do all the things above. I think this is absurd. To Sum up: Pros: 1. Good location on the north coast. 2. Close to the beach (3min walk) 3. Should be cheap off season. Cons: 1. Horrible Service 2. Tiny Room 3. No room service unattended 4. No restaurant
