Great customer service
The free breakfast was really good they had omelets and fresh waffles. I was able to use the business center to print off some things I forgot and the service was great. I had reserved a wheelchair from affinity and they delivered to hotel and was waiting for me when I arrived.

Nice property with friendly staff and good service. Opted for the king suite at $50 more was totally worth it!! Room smelled alittle musty but probably due to AC being on. Huge comfortable room

Great free shuttle service from the airport and front staff was good. The room itself was very large, giant tv, lots of room. Sleeping was another story as we had been in flight over 10 hours that day and the people next door were very loud-it was like they were in our room (don't get room with connecting door!) all night, with crying baby and loud voices. That one bad thing almost cancels all the good things.

Horrible experience. Room was never cleaned.
I arrived shortly after midnight due to a cancelled connecting flight. When I made it to my room, I instantly recognized that the room had not been cleaned since the previous guest. The bed was unnamed, there were used wet towels in the bathroom and empty soda cans on the counter. I went to the front desk and showed the night staff a photo (attached) of the unclean bathroom and used towels. He simply gave me clean towels. Since it was after midnight, no one was available to clean the room and the hotel was at 100% occupancy. After making several efforts to get a refund by Hotels.com and Best Western directly, no one is able to acknowledge the failure. The Best Western manager is now ignoring my emails after she explained to me she would look into the matter.
