Not at all satisfied
The place was nice but the mix up and horrible attempt at trying to make things right made this trip memorable for the wrong reasons. If you are not booking directly through this place they can’t seem to guarantee the room you reserved will have the number or type of beds in the room. No apology was made until I left a review and then only a chess try was offered and delivered in our without permission. The next day another room was offered but damage was done. We didn’t sleep well and on principal I can’t recommend even though it was a super cute spot. If only the problem solving would have been handled in the best interest of the customer.

Great two night stay in Door County. This is a great location and property. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with all that you may need. Will definitely use Eagle Harbor Inn again in the future.

A lot to like with the location, staff and rooms. Suggest considering to offer more than just coffee in the morning, and just the cookies in the afternoon. Maybe a fire pit and yard games?
