Convenient location with castle views
Very conveniently located hotel was a 15 minute walk, a short taxi ride or a brief ride on the tram from either JR Matsuyama or Matsuyama City stations. I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who checked me in early to a great room with unobstructed views of the castle and surrounding park. Clean and quiet, the room was average sized for Japan and fully stocked with amenities that are standard in Japanese hotels - sleepwear, toiletries, hair dryer, mini fridge. There are several dining options on-site but the property is close to convenience stores and a variety of restaurants to choose from. The tram being so close made it very easy to get around to the major sites and the park across the street made for beautiful strolling morning or evening.

Fantastic Company
Fantastic service in a nice, clean, big room. Hotel staff was very friendly - There was also a view of the castle from the room. Would stay again!

Very nice stay! Clean and quiet. The bed was very hard though, which made it hard to sleep. Wish there had been more western style options for breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay.

Near to Matsuyama Castle & shopping area
I got upgrade to a larger room and that surprise me. The room has a direct view of Matsuyama Castle at hill top. The front desk senior staff Mr Takasu was so thoughtful to get me a English version of the tour guidebook, hand carry direct to my room. A little bit more on walking distance to the JR station, but a 5min Taxi ride is recommended if you have luguages.

Nice location in Matsuyama
The hotel is in a very convenient location. Easy access via the streetcars to the JR station, the castle, Dogo Onsen, etc. Our room had a beautiful view of the castle grounds. The rooms themselves are a little dated, but clean and in good condition.
