Sligo City Hotel, Sligo
The hotel staff provided a very helpful printed schedule of local music playing in Sligo pubs for the week. The hotel itself is right in the heart of town, in between the rail station and the best restaurants and pubs. Plus the Harp Tavern is right on the corner.

Welcome stop in Sligo.
A bit worn but cleanliness, friendly staff and excellent location more than make up for any defects.

Excellent hotel in Sligo.
Sligo city hotel was centrally located. Rooms were relatively big by European standards. The hotel lobby was nice and the front desk couldn't have been nicer. My only not was that the rooms are hot air conditioned This hotel, though was exceptional.
