Classy hotel in popular neighborhood
Beautiful hotel in the hip Lastarria neighborhood. Parks, bars, restaurants, and more within quick walking distance. The hotel is just off of two busy streets but set back enough that traffic and crowd noise is nearly nonexistent. Attentive staff helps with any need, from airport transfers to restaurant recommendations. Hotel dining options also superb, and the gastronomic restaurant is worth making time for.

Excellent hotel, but I got a bad room.
This is an excellent hotel but I got a bad room. My room had sound from the hotel restaurant reflected into the room. The sound of chairs moving on the marble floor was almost fingernails on a chalkboard. My room was also across from the elevator and I heard the elevator Bell every time someone came or went. I asked to change rooms but was told there was a tour group in the hotel and no other rooms were available. The service was excellent and the interior of the room was also excellent. Lighting in the bathroom was poor. My room only had a view on a courtyard.
