Staff was so helpful and great English. Macaroons at cafe next door were amazing. This hotel said they didn't allow food to be delivered there- maybe because of the attached restaurant? Not sure.

Inconsiderate noise
This hotel booked dozens of middle school kids on our floor. These kids kept running around, playing, yelling, knocking on doors and buzzing door chimes on our floor for hours. We called snd complained, but no one ftom thr hotel did anything about the noise. It was horrible trying to sleep.

Nice hotel, double check if you got everything
Good room with sitting area with a reasonably comfortable firm bed. They replaced the bottles of toiletries everyday, but sometimes they missed a bottle and gave us double of something else or forgot to give us a floor towel. AC worked, unlike several other hotels we stayed at during the the same trip in April.

The best location! 5 min walk from jeju bus terminal, 5 min drive from airport! It was so convenient and super clean. Staff was super nice & helpful. Breakfast buffet is so good.

Hotel: clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Location: within walking distance of bus terminal and several good restaurants down the street (Donsachon, a black pork BBQ restaurant, was hands down our favorite). Recommended.
