As usual, good experience!
I have stayed at the hotel several times before, and I have always liked the overall experience. This time it wasn’t an exception and would still recommend it a lot. It’s location is amazing and near many important streets and highways, the 93 Park, lots of commercial areas, malls and restaurants, as well as nightlife. The rooms are nice, well furnished and spacious enough. As I said before, the overall experience is pretty good, breakfast also on the positive side though I would work I need a bid on improving the front desk experience, both at check-in and Check-out. During Both processes I had issues with the use of my virtual credit card, since they don’t have clear procedures, nor enough training for its application, which make it a little bit long and boring, and is entirely a process that has to do with its administration department. Besides that, everything else was pretty good Besides that, everything else was quite good. Woukd certainly recommend it!

Bartenders are not well trained in cocktail recipes. Service takes long and many tines incorrect. They area friendly and nice but do t get the job done correctly. Breakfast is boring and monotonous every morning the same. For European guests a variety of cheeses cold cuts, olives, pickles etc is always part of the breakfast. Also more variety of fruits. Come’n we are inthe tropics. Bring exotic fruits, not the same things everybody sees in their countries. Bread selection was ok but no French baguette present. The omelette window is tight uncomfortable and there is no way to make a line because is right behind the main counter where people are serving their food. Access to clean dishes is difficult. They are right under the counter where everybody is passing through getting food. You have to excuse yourself you reach under. Not thoughtful. In general food was ok but not excellent. Needs and extra touch to get out of the boring standard and make it special. I would recommend shuttles to parque 93 so people can get there and come back conveniently. It is not as closed as it is promoted on the hotel reviews.
