Unsatisfactory Room
We reserved two connecting rooms (224 & 222) which was okay. First of all, the elevator was not working and we were on the second floor. This was an issue because I have rheumatoid arthritis and it was difficult climbing the stairs. Next, when we checked into the first room (224), the toilet handle was broken and the carpet had a huge unsightly tear in the carpet (approx 3"x7"). The room smelled like poop the entire time we were there. Also the closet door would not stay shut. We had to prop something in front of it to keep it closed. My granddaughter had on white socks to walk around in and the carpet did not look dirty, however her socks was very, very dirty from the carpet which meant that the carpet was very dirty and need to be shampooed. The other room (222) was very good and smelled good. Cuddos to the housekeeper who cleaned that room.
