Excellent Employee Service. Always trying to accommodate period stayed 4 days and never had a room cleaned. Not sure what that was about. Excellent location to Manitou and Garden of the Gods. Hotel is in the process of upgrading its rooms. Again, I can't say enough about those at the front desk and working around the facility.

Fabulous location, kind and responsive staff
Such a great spot! Lovely guests and responsive and caring management and owners. Some rooms need beds replaced and some have been remodeled. Ask for the newer beds! We spent one night on a soggy bed and the next night upgraded on request to a better bed, thank you, Buffalo Lodge. Excellent breakfast buffet...unbeatable surroundings that will only get better as the highway remodeling finishes up!

    Great Stay!!
In town for a baseball tournament. Great location. Was a little annoying all the construction on the road coming in. Nicely remodeled room, and clean. Needs more lights in the room besides lamps. Friendly staff. Overall, great experience!

    Great service, cute place
Our stay was nice, there was great service from all the staff members. They accommodated a late check in and it was very much appreciated. The rooms themselves you can tell are older but they were clean and taken care of. Good water pressure although the hot water didn't last for two showers, got pretty cold towards the end, ha. The location was nice and the Garden of the Gods was just a few minutes away. The walls are very thin so if you have neighbors count on hearing them the whole time. There weren't many outlets as well so if you are traveling with a group, outlets can be scarce.
