The property was nice and well kept up, but the lack of staff was more annoying than we anticipated. It was fine, we were able to check in or out (though there was a delay in getting the check in information and we had to call) just fine, but we would've liked a person to talk to for additional towels or other issues. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were under the impression we were getting a big tub and did not, and so we were disappointed as we were told that was a different kind of room and it was booked. That was not clear from the booking. We also had the room right next to the outdoor patio upstairs which was lovely for morning coffee outside but was a little loud at night when people sat there chatting because we could hear them as we went to bed. They were not being overly loud but it was distracting nonetheless. Would stay again, especially for the price.
