Great place overall
Great place to stay, but because of covid the elevator situation was horrible. Waited 15 minutes during rush hour for one then decided to use the stairs. Other folks had the same idea because there were a bunch of people using the stairs instead. Everything else was great.

Poor cleanliness and pathetic service
First room provided had some unexpected cleanliness problems to say the least. There was a half drunk old coffee with curdled milk in the icebox. The shower had a giant hairball and the water kept pooling. We were then moved to another room however, that was smaller than the original room we booked and on a lower floor...Luckily it was just two of us, else it would have been a hassle to move down. For a hotel with such great reviews and commitment to cleanliness especially in COVID, was really surprised at the poor quality of service. All they could do for us was a $2 mini bottle of wine....pathetic truly.

Great Hotel at the Manhattan Bridge.
Great hotel at the entrance to the Manhattan Bridge in the heart of Chinatown and Little Italy. This property has great rooms and a variety from which to choose. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the city and the hotel has a second floor living room in which one can enjoy some tea and hang out.

Amazing stay
The hotel is amazing. Room was clean and views were impeccable. Staff was always very responsive and helpful. The location was right in Chinatown and next to Joe’s Shanghai, a famous restaurant. Everything was amazing. A few notes - the TV can’t connect to Netflix, etc, so I’d recommend a HDMI cable if you’re looking to stay in (especially during quarantine). Also, food is delivered in the lobby and they have a microwave on the second floor.
