I stayed there for three nights. Every morning enjoyed a nice breakfast. It's location only ten minutes walk to central park. It's a beautiful city very relaxing.

Great for the price
Great place for the price, close to city centre and bars and restaurants. The owner is really helpful and will book tours and transfers for substantially cheaper than the local tour sellers. Breakfast is good - eggs, toast, coffee and frijoles.

Good location but cold room
The room had no isolation or heating, so it was really cold at night and you could hear everything the guests in the other rooms were saying. The room felt a bit worn-out, but at that price it is acceptable. The breakfast-service and location is really good.

Disappointing
The location of this place is great, however our stay went downhill from there. Our room had dirty, ripped sheets with hair on them. The extra blanket on one of the beds had a large insect in it. The bathroom facilities were old and dirty.
In addition, breakfast was good but took 40 minutes for some scrambled eggs and toast!

Nearer places from the bus station maybe nicer.
After passing many other hotels and hostels, I arrived, only to be escorted across the road to another building. While a basic kitchen is available, the cooker hob is dangerous as it has rotten metal and the gas is free to burn with little constraint. No kettle, just a pan to boil water. The computer was not working. The floor where the large but cell like rooms is on, is very uneven, with lots of trip hazards. Ascend to the roof terrace by uneven steps with no handrail, which overlooks someone's yard. Breakfast is in the main guest house across the road. The owner is pleasant and helpful and the only staff that speaks English
