Really like my stay here, place was clean smelling good & Staff was very helpful when needed. Close and convenient to food liquor store gas and any necessities located on the strip. I had 2 issues my pillows weren't comfortable and I tried to extend my stay 1 night they couldn't modify my reservation and to create another reservation there was a 2 night minimum! A lesson for future reference

Our room needed a vacuum,some of the pool items were not safely maintained ...the lobby was clean ...asked for references to discounted attractions and 2 different employees had no information and acted as if they had no idea about what I was asking . Hotel right in the middle of the dells attractions, less than 10 minutes from knuckleheads arcade and outlets! The room was clean and cozy, staff very professional and friendly. No complaints, pool area was great for my toddlers! One section closed downstairs but they had more indoor pools on upper level open! Great experience! Will highly recommend and expect to come back in future!
