Toulouse the cita rosa
The Cita Rosa is located on the other side of the bridge from the old City Center. It's a great place to stay and a short cycle away from the Center. It;s a relaxing place to stay with a lot of local business: cheese shop, bakery, bars and restaurant galore! The local market is fab, and on different days, you get different things. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, mainly food and flowers and Monday records, books and paintings. We staid in the pastel Studio, which is too small to invite people over for a coffee or diner... Unless is tapas, though there is a great tapas bar in the corner, which serves great food and wine! Muriel (the agent owner) is really nice and very helpful. Toulouse is an amazing place with really kind and welcoming people. It's a great place to visit on foot or on a bike. We used the rented cycle and felt really confident on the roads. Toulouse I will be back! Thank you

Convenient hotel but that is about it.
The room was well located to go to the concert I was attending at Zenith Toulouse. It was also close to the Capitole and a 25 minute walk to the train station. The room is nicely decorated in a modern style. The bed was comfortable but a fitted sheet would be better as my sheet came untucked. The downside is that the building in general smelled of mildew and I had to open my windows and air out my room. The door to my room was extremely difficult to lock. I asked for the help of other guests and they too had a problem. I had to leave the door open and hide my ipad etc. when I left the room. The lock is very tricky and one does not have the time or patience to play with it. Noise is an issue on a Friday night. I had no contact with the owners or representatives. Everything is done by email, codes, instructions etc. So no service or front desk.
