Nothing luxury about this
Basically a standard hostel with curtains. Stained sheets with makeup and blood, tons of hair everywhere. Hot water sometimes out, filth and mold in bath areas, irregular housekeeping and a vast of other issues. When I brought up problems about repeated issues with the keycard, wifi and power supplies I was either ignored or not believed. Breakfast is miserable and barely edible and they cover the plates with paper to skip out on dishes. As if that wasn't enough, when checking in you are hit with a 5% credit card fee that is not mentioned anywhere else. Avoid. Have no idea why this place is so highly rated.

Welcoming, Close to PT and Food Market
I stayed one night in a female pod with 17 other women. Check-in was quick and easy. A bottle of water is provided upon check-in. The lounge has many seats, but is congested by the couch. Pods are spacious with a privacy curtain; lockers are located in the pods - which make it hard if you have anything more than a backpack and are on the top bunk. There are hooks outside of each pod to hang wet towels. The dimly lit bathroom only had 2 stalls with cool, low water pressure; the drains were full of hair which grossed me out. There is a hook on the stall door and a shelf to store your belongings while you shower. Mattress was comfy, but I found a strand of another woman's hair on the sheets. I do think the sheets were cleaned, but someone failed to inspect for stray hairs not removed in the laundry. Meals are served at the spacious cafe/bar two doors down. Breakfast is cereal, fruit, eggs, meat, tea, coffee, milk, water. There are tubs for dirty dishes, which a staff member is responsible for washing. They do store luggage in an open space under the stairwell, which is protected by CCTV. In walking distance to temples and mosques, and the Chinese food and shopping market. The cost is a bit higher than I am used to as a backpacker, so I figured the area drives the cost. I wouldn't stay here again, because of the poor lightening in the room and bathroom and placement of lockers. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable.

Exceptional 10.0
Excellent service and compassionate managers.
Outstanding service. When I lost my laundry they really went out of their way to find it. It's nice and quiet, especially in the "suite" rooms with double beds. The air-conditioning is on all the time, which is a big plus. My only complaint it that the capsule wasn't overly clean upon arrival and I stayed for 12 days and my bedding wasn't changed. However- I'm sure it would have been if I'd asked as I'm sure it was just an oversight. I will be staying next trip.

Love this place
A great option if coming to Singapore. Lovely big pods with shelf and large locker, fantastic aircon, comfy beds, privacy curtain, hot showers, water cooler, in Chinatown, short walk to MRT, 2 nice lounge areas. Definitely my go to option when in town. Not very sociable however.
