Great location, needs better service
The location is amazing, to wake up in the middle of such an amazing place is priceless. We did have some issues with the service. We arrived on a saturday and we were able to access the room at 10pm. I think if the hotel is going to accept international guests, they should foresee this issues or at least to inform us before hand. One day we did not have towels in the room. Another day there were not enough toiletries and the water bottles, which were supposed to be included, were available only on two days. Overall the service needs to be highly improved.

Positives and negative's at the Sephardic
The positives were that it is in a great area, the service was excellent and responded quickly to our needs, and that it was air-conditioned which is a must in Israel in July. The negatives include no elevator, although they are currently building one, which is very tough to deal with with luggage. The hotel is located next to a parking lot, one of the few in the old city, and it is noisy in the morning with cars honking to be let out at the turnstile.finally, Wi-Fi is very poor and that was a daily frustration.

Great location
Location was great, breakfast was very nice every morning. The hotel is in the process of painting, cleaning and doing some updating but our room was not that way and we had issues with our a/c and cleanliness of the overall room was not great.

Great location, great staff
The location was great and Abir at the front desk was outstanding. Our rooms were clean and updated. The food was plentiful but extremely overpriced. The only negative was the owner/manager seemed unwelcoming to guests and harsh to staff.
