Very Good8.0
It was an adorable hotel, cozy and homey. Not a high class hotel by any means, but the service was lovely and reception was very kind. I should explain the rating as I usually give five stars, but i had to be honest. The room was warm, with no thermostat so after a long day of wandering London in the sweaty heat it wasn't the most refreshing to return to. They did have a fan in the closet for cooling down if you needed, we usually just open the window but there were ambulance and police sirens wailing all day and night so sadly we had to keep them closed but the sirens were the reason for the neighborhood rating. It didn't bother us enough to give a one star rating or anything, just something others might find helpful while booking in the future. We'd definitely book again during a cooler season, but if you get warm easy, it might not be your first selection. Though temp and sound aside, we did enjoy our stay. They provided us with everything we needed and it was perfect considering the price. Thanks!

Not worth it!!
Rooms are not what they show on the site and tiny. Pillows are virtually flat and one per person. TV has five stations and employees could care less about your questions or comfort. Would not stay here again!

Basic European hotel. Room was small. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always the same with limited variety. Entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for our visit. Decent value for the money in London

This is a hotel without any frills which I was aware off. However, there is no elevator, so travellers should be aware of that. Also, the furnishings need updating such as the bathroom blinds, shower curtain, etc. Breakfast is adequate, but could use cheap updates such as some fruit (apples, oranges, bananas) and perhaps hard boiled eggs for more choices besides the two cereals, toast, cheese and ham. Hotel staff is curtius, but a few could use customer service training.
