Rough start... good night.
At first I was not thrilled, arrived late at night. Lobby was empty, couldn't find check in desk, walked out to park the car and was directed back around the block to check-in before I could enter parking garage. I did that, checked in and was then directed to the parking garage.Hyatt guest parking garage was "full" they directed me to alternate locations to pay to park. Not a good start, I had to park offsite and carry my bags with me. Not the "safest" area to walk around in after dark. But the hotel was nice, clean and the inside staff were friendly. The room was bigger than I expected as well. Good breakfast offerings too!

Loudest doors ever
There's a dungeon missing its doors somewhere. This place has these heavy loud doors that slam with the force of an angry teenager sent to their room. The hotel is like a 90 year old that had a facelift- looks good on the exterior but the interiors just aren't that great. Everything feels old and worn down. Gym equipment doesn't really work- cables need to replaced in the dual cable machine and the pool is so small it should have a maximum occupancy of three people. This is essentially a Holiday Inn with a pretty facade. If you go in knowing that, you might be satisfied but the pics and reviews lead one to believe this will be a much higher end experience.
