Lovely pleasant stay
Great hotel . Check in very quick . Nice friendly reception lady Nicola took time to ask us about our journey and forthcoming plans . Room clean and bright . Super soft bed and equally soft pillows. Stayed I. Sea view room and certainly not disappointed. Bar very nice and relaxing . Didn’t eat in-the restaurant for evening meal as meeting family but breakfast lovey and reasonably priced . Definitely recommend a stay here .

Sunday check in was fine and Monday morning when we went out but on our return in the afternoon the heating was off and the rooms freezing,it was not turned on until 1845 so when we went out the room was just warming up.Terrible service and we think we are due a rebate

Excellent hotel in great location
The Queen's Hotel is in great condition for a grand old building. The Palm Court style restaurant is very attractive. Generous free parking is a welcome feature.
