Terrible place
I booked this hotel by looking at the pictures but the pictures are misleading. There was a super strong smell of room freshener upon entering the room that gave us headache. Standing water in the bathroom. Super inefficient AC. There was one small sized window in the room but that too was in a corner of a closet which makes it super hard to access. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay $10-$15 more for a better hotel.

Unprofessional and uncouth.
1. For a hotel that is a stone's throw from the airport, they have NO idea how to use that to their advantage. They charge 300 bucks for an airport drop, completely messing up their locational advantage (which was primarily why I had opted for this hotel, keeping in mind the transport problems in Goa, especially in an area like Vasco). To top it off, I had stayed close to a week by that time. 2. No qualms about amenities in the rooms - geyser, towels, beds, table, safe - everything works fine; all linens changed regularly. 3. Staff needs some training in PR. A missing AC remote complaint fell on deaf ears for two days, before I was offered a "substitute remote" and asked "what do you want the setting to be? I need to take this back". Does away with the point of an AC room. 4. Bikes which were rented had major equipment flaws like no horns and faulty fuel meters. All bikes in similar conditions. Unfortunately, there weren't many options available so had to opt for this one at 450 per day. 5. Food is absolutely ghastly. 6. Leftover food I had (Vasco Square. Anantashram - great places for a bite) was graciously stored and heated up for later consumption. Overall - a place with no idea how to treat their guests professionally.

NEVER AGAIN. horrible experience.
arrived after check in time. Hotel staff attempted to put me in a room then MOVE me hours later to a different one. The room was disgusting. Bathroom chilling leaked. Panes of glass missing so mosquitos got in. The smell of body odor so bad I could taste it in my mouth. Staff did not give wake up call, luckily I set an alarm. No taxi called as instructed and offered. Late to flight because of this. Room service inadequate. Walls covered in deep scratches and scuffs. I slept on top of the sheets it was so disgusting and filthy. Save yourself the trouble, book an 800 RS a night room instead of this awful place, I guarantee it will be more clean and the staff more efficient. This place is the worst I stayed at in India on this whole trip. Do NOT go there.
