Very quiet and peaceful location close to Berlin
If you want to be right in the bright lights of Berlin this is not the place for you. If you want a bit of peace and quiet but with good access to the city this is ideal. The hotel is within a water sport complex and the initial impression might be a bit off putting. However once you walk through the door it is very different. Reception is by the front door and from there you can see right through the breakfast room to the river beyond. Free parking is available on the site There is also a garden terrace by the river where many guests took breakfast. The room was of the highest quality with everything we needed. We had a river view from the room. Once we parked up at the hotel we did not use the car again until we left five days later. There is a tram route to Koepenick and Friedrichshagen on the main road outside which gives access to S-Bahn services to the centre of Berlin. The hotel sells single and day tickets for all public transport in the Berlin area. The hotel does not serve evening meals but there are several restaurants in both Koepenick and Friedrichshagen which are very good. We particularly liked the Ratskeller in Koepenick.

Small comfortable Spree-side hotel
This hotel is in amongst a boating centre, with an outlook and balcony on to the Spree which was interesting and pretty. Nice terrace restaurant nearby Room and breakfast were fine. Some low level building noise in our wing and a not yet functioning lift were slightly annoying. All round very good but a little on the pricey side.

KLeines Hotel am Fluß
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Köpenick-Zentrum. Theoretisch gibt es eine gute Tram-Verbindung zur Altstadt, die aber wegen einer Brückensanierung nicht in Betrieb ist. Das Zimmer war funktionell mit neu saniertem Bad. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut.

Frisch renovierte Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal, familiäre Atmoshäre. Das Frühstück ist absolute Klasse - sehr gute Auswahl und extrem lecker. Besonderheiten: die Käsetheke mit dem Schimmelkäse, Rührei auschließlich aus Eiern gefertigt (wer häufig in Hotels übernachtet, weiss was ich meine) und gebratene Spiegeleier mit einer Dotter wie sie sein soll. Frühstücksbereich außen mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und den See ... Traumhaft!
