Cliffs Resort Table Rock Lake, Branson

Great stay at Cliffs Resort. Condo was fantastic. Location was good. Only issue was that we were charged an additional $25 resort fee after we had paid a resort fee at time of checkout online. Hoping to get the $25 back from Hotels.com

We’ve stayed at Cliff’s Resort twice. It features very comfortable condos, a quiet but convenient location and great amenities. The views off the balconies are gorgeous! After a long day of shopping, shows or other recreation in Branson, it’s great to come back to the Cliff’s Resort and it feels like home.

Outstanding all around. Got our room and once inside we heard a lot of little feet running around above us and heard mommy’s frustration. The front office understood and gave us an upgrade with no extra charge.

We used to love this property and thought we had found a hidden gem, but our last stay was not the best. We thought we would have a parking lot level room, since we were traveling with an infant, but The Cliffs did not receive our request and would not change our room stating that they were sold out. We did not see a full parking lot any of the nights we were there. Also, it did not appear that the floors had been cleaned after the previous guests. There were crumbs, paper product scraps, and bits of plastic wrap on the floor. The property itself is starting to show wear and tear, and it was being worked on while we were there, but our unit was "touched up" very sloppily, as far as caulking and other touch ups are concerned. We are disappointed and will be looking for a new "go to" place to stay.
