Would definitely stay again.
We checked in early and they gave us 103, which was a deluxe corner room that we requested. The hotel is very well situated by a modern shopping mall, yet only feet away from the old area. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and ordered us a car and driver for the airport at 3:20 am. They also arranged for bagged breakfasts to go. All in all, it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

“Faulty Towers” In The Center of Prague
Our airline had a plane go technical and left us in Iceland for a day while they got us a new plane. We immediately called the hotel and they could have easily sold the room as it’s peek season and a desirable night, but the front desk had no authority to do anything and asked us to write an email to the management for the request. We did and so did the Hotels.com customer support. They would not refund our night. Instead they threw in an airport pickup, but their driver drove like an idiot twittling with every nob on the car while driving resulting in some near misses and lots of cursing & honking on his part as well as making us car sick. He then tried to charge us for the ride! The room had a broken sink & safe which we had to get them to repair and the towels were pretty threadbare like something you would see at a Motel 6. As we were settling in the first day, the cleaning ladies came to clean the room around 3pm because no one told them we didn’t use the room at all. We did get a 1 hour late checkout, but this simple request, despite our experience thus far and their late cleaning times anyway, still seemed to need to go through multiple levels of management. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and competent. They put two small bottles of champagne for our anniversary which was nice. The breakfast is really good. While the hotel is ideally located, it feels a bit like a “Faulty Towers” situation, and I would probably not consider it next time.
