    Good 6.0
    Not worth the ratings
When I opened the door of the guestroom after checkin in, there were 3 people working on the air conditioner. There was water on the floor. I asked the front desk to give me a different room, they kept telling me to wait. I ended up waiting in the room with 3 workers for around 20 minutes. There are mold in every corner of the bathroom and the floor of the shower is quite slippery due to some yellow slime. There were mold over a large water stain on the ceiling, too, that made me feel nervous every time I used the bath. Breakfast is worse than other hotels. I trusted the rating when making reservation but will look for other place than here next time.

Very comfortable hotel. Near a lot of things. Great value.

    Good for a brief stay
We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel let us check out at 2pm so it was nice of them. The hotel is old and outdated. Our toilet had issues during our stay and the repairman didn’t fix it completely the first time. The kitchen was nice and updated. The location was in an older neighborhood and near the river. If you have a tight budget, this is a good choice.

    Exceptional 10.0
Well managed and in the nicest location.
I decided to stay here as the rooms are large and the forecast was for rain.It wasn’t particularly convenient for my visits to the Vietnamese embassy but Nagaworld was close enough to walk to. The property is well run by Jessica, the French owner.Plenty of well dressed staff. My allocated room on the 8th floor was fabulous. The wi fi worked well & the TV had European soccer & US baseball as well as movies.Loved the juice machine in the breakfast room & a special mention for the local pineapple jam which I dipped my croissant in! A bonus was how nice the area is.Street 240 has some lovely shops & cafes. At night the locals congregate in the square and lots of food vendors appear. Not many tourists here so the prices are good. No public buses in Phnom Penh so allow another $15 a day for Tuk Tuks. It never rained and I didn’t go to Nagaworld as my passport was at the Embassy. Lots of choices in Phnom Penh.Would I stay here again? Yes if in a higher floor room.(Lower floors lack the view and may be noisy).
