気遣いの出来るスタッフが多い。
滞在中、体調が悪くなり、あるお願いをしたら、完全ではないが、出来る範囲で誠心誠意対応してくださった。申し送りがきちんとされているのか、違うスタッフが、体調を気遣う言葉をかけてくれ、うれしかった。 あまり駅までの送迎バスを使う人はいないのかもしれないが、利用可能な時間帯をもう少し広い範囲にしてくれると助かる。 レストランのスタッフも、不備があればすぐその場で客が何を求めているのか観察し、対応を変える努力がうかがえた。
