Amazing Hotel!
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were larger than average in japan and the kitchenette was really nice for people who like to cook. This hotel has a fitness room, relax room, library, meeting rooms, and free laundry! The only things I didn't like was breakfast isn't included with your room and the beds are very firm, so I used some extra pillows to make it better. Otherwise amazing hotel!

OK for short stay near airport. Limited shuttle
Hotel was fine for an overnight stay near airport - Two complaints: 1) Shuttle FROM airport only runs after 10pm (why? - I have no idea!) so a bit misleading to say it has a shuttle. I arrived at 3:30pm and had to take a train, then walk. Fortuntely it is a short, inexpensive train journey and moderately short (5 min) walk. 2) Breakfast was pretty weak, especially if you wanted Western food. I was late(ish) but not at end of stated times and quite a few items such as fruit were gone. Coffee was nasty although that is not unusual in Japan.

Nice little hotel with BIG chain amenities.
I brought a group of high school kids and some parents to Japan...trying to travel on a budget. The plan was to stay at K's House hostels across Japan, but the Tokyo hostels would not accommodate our group of 9. So, I chose this hotel instead. For a little bit more, we stayed twice--once on the front end and the other on the tail end--and were able to get a good night's sleep not far from Haneda Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, too, allowing us to locker our luggage on the last day so that we were free to travel around Tokyo before our flight.
