Our room was clean and our view was amazing even the balcony was nice. The prices was great! Nice clean room. Nice hotel. I was worried about the area but the hotel itself is very nice and clean. Walking distance to a lot. No on site parking. But they do offer Valet parking for a fee. Kinda pricey but all of San Francisco is pricey. We felt safe. The area has a lot of homeless and the alleys and back maybe don't go down that way, too many homeless. Other than that we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Hotel price was lower than most I found. We would definitely stay here again. It was just my husband and I .

Going down from the 6th floor was the only option to observe front desk staff sitting there! Beware of the outside entrance, quite of few homeless ppl. Read the fine print when getting a room, under detail on room is misleading! All rooms indicate a mini fridge, especially if you're staying for days that’s a must! Was informed standard rooms don't come with a mini fridge when room detail indicate one. I've stayed in many Hamptons, this is far the worst!

I was there with my dog and we both enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfy and we both felt very safe in your room.

Great free continental breakfast, staff checked in frequently inquiring on our stay, located in the heart of downtown SF with easy transportation access, comfortable beds, clean rooms. The only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 are the unhoused individuals that hang around the hotel which makes it feel a bit unsafe (not the hotel’s fault)
