Gem Away From City Clutter
This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in our years of travel. Remarkable layout of the hotel grounds gives it a true luxurious feel and look and staff lives up to that reputation.

Pleasant, but the location is hard to find
The hotel itself was very good. Relaxing resort like hotel. Breakfast was good and the poolside was also relaxing. One thing was that there were not so many staff especially pool area, it was difficult to get attention to order food and drinks. Also the location was little far from the station - you can take the shuttle but only once every hour - We used grab to call taxi and it often took so long to get there. Once we took the taxi called by the hotel, and the taxi driver ripped us off. Not sure how the hotel manages the taxi, but really need to manage the taxi company or drivers.

Awesome hotel, with the full 24hours stay and anytime breakfast policy. I do enjoy my stay over there and staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big and pretty and breakfast is very delicious.
