Great locaton. Everyone was very friendly. Clean and comfortable.

Good room for the price

I loved the out door chairs, most places have those white plastic ones. Liked the microwave in room another plus. Room itself was old fashion but just ok. Chair in room needed to be replaced, large divot in middle which wasn't supposed to be there. Beds very noisy and not very comfortable but lots of pillows. Air conditioning filter really needs cleaning. Bathroom updated could use shelf in there.

Poor rating, my family arrived and saw a homeless person sleeping underneath the window, where the bathroom window was located. My children were scared so I alerted the front desk who went and verified there was someone there and asked them to leave, they did but came back again later, laying in the same place. I asked for a refund bc we were not going to stay here. They would not refund our money but we left anyway, my children were nervous as I was, and stayed at another hotel.

When we arrived to the motel, we went to check-in and I gave my name and instead of saying like welcome! The front-desk clerk rudely commented “well by process of elimination I knew that.” Then there was a dog barking outside and the clerk said “that dog better be across the street” accusing me of bringing a dog to this pet-unfriendly place. He then handed the key to us and didn’t even tell us what room we were in or where it was. When we arrived in our room we were trying to relax and decompress but our neighbors were having a large gathering outside, drinking, shouting until about 10pm. They were so loud we could clearly hear their conversations over the A/C and tv. Then we went looking for an ice machine since we had an ice bucket in our room. We went to the front office where we could clearly see the front-desk clerk playing his guitar. We knocked on the door several times but he never answered. We definitely won’t be staying again and wouldn’t recommend others stay as well.

Nice Property, Centrally Located right on 28. Classic Cape motel, room was very clean and it had a mini-fridge and microwave. Met the owners, nice bunch. Check in was simple, though the office was being remodeled. Only complaint was the beds were noisy to sit on and get out of.

Very clean but the button on air conditioner to increase temperature was broken and the handle to stopper in sink was broken minor inconveniences staff was friendly and convenient to attractions in area overall very g

This is a beautiful and well maintained property. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We would have loved to stay here much longer!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Definitely an older motel but room was in good condition and comfortable. Nothing fancy but all we needed for a visit with area friends.

Not new but well tKen care of. Friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. Only a microwave and small fridge. Well located to see things
