The staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a good selection at the hot food bar. The kids enjoyed all the choices and the staff kept everything full, even with a visiting football team eating at the same time. Everything was disposable so there was a lot of trash - so not a perfect score for the eco-friendliness. The rooms were comfortable.

Great hotel, amazing employees!
Our stay was amazing. This hotel was clean, had a great continental breakfast with a wide variety of options, efficient housekeepers and an amazing front desk crew. We want to specifically acknowledge Kyle as he went above and beyond during our stay. We have never had an employee make our stay in an already great hotel so much better by being such a helpful and kind key to it all. We want to thank Kyle for being such a great employee and making our stay even better!

Mediocre - no elevator, aged furniture and carpet
Check in wait was long (about 5 minutes) because no one was at the front desk or answering the phone. Room and bathroom had been cleaned but soft chair was stained, carpet felt grimy, sheets kind of worn. Staff was friendly when we spoke to them, but overall experience was mediocre. No elevator for upstairs rooms, but staff did offer to help carry up bags.
