Will not stay again
Property is very run down, no maintenance, poor communication since noone speaks English. Check in process is am absolute disaster. Our car got hit on their parking lot and we had zero cooperation from the property. Our apartment was huge with an amazing view, but clogged toilets, not working tv, mold.

Check-in was confusing as to where to go since there is no front desk in the lobby. We couldn't shut off the water in the bathtub; the faucet kept on dripping. The room looked outdated, observed black mold on the ceilings. It was very inconvenient to transport heavy luggage into the building via two flights of stairs. Whatever ramp they have is useless. Anticipate for everything to take longer from checking in, catching the elevator, or getting the car. Valet guys did their best to get people their cars fast, but late mornings/times people departing were the worst. But the staff were friendly. The place is conveniently located by the beach and public transportation.

Don’t go there
It was terrible. None of the staff spoke English. The place was falling apart and it smelled of mildew and mold There were no ice machines and the restaurant did not open until 8:30 am. The medicine cabinet door did not close. When you switched the bathroom sink faucet on, the whole thing moved.

To start off about our stay the valet was terrible and nobody seemed to understand or speak English. It took us a total of about 3-4 hours just to get our car when we wanted to, our tv was broken in our room and also the room was stuffy and had no air flow. the apartment hotel is good for family vacation with multi people. the check in is a little bit confusing because it run two different entity in one building. you need to be careful to verify your booking is the same as assignment. most working staff there only can speak Spanish. the location is ok. it is very easy to access the beach but a little bit far for shopping and eating.
