I like its SPA service the most. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is accessible to shopping centers and its rooms were clean.

Dining was good. I found out that housekeeping doesn’t use disinfectant when they clean the bathroom. They use a rag/ towel over again to clean. The sink. There’s an odor in the room akin to waste from pipe, so we asked for a room change.0

What I liked about the property is that it is walking distance to SM mall. What I didn’t like about it is that the rooms were roach infested. Every time I entered my room roaches would be all over the place.

We have stayed in this hotel many times in the past because of its location. Still comfortable and staff deliver a 5 star service. However, maybe it is time to update.
