Cleaner than most.
Very clean room, off the main road and quiet. I've stayed in other motels in Gillette, for more $$, and none have been as clean as this one. Parking is very easy. Room showed signs of wear in the carpet but otherwise all is well.

For the low price, this is very good value. Although the rug was frayed, the bed was new and excellent and there is a good TV, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge and a very nice breakfast. Hot water immediately and nice shower. Quiet.

The pictures on Expedia must be pretty old and are not what you'll see at the property. The office is more dingy and there is a huge plant strung across the lobby. The room wasn't anything like the nice pictures either. The door looked like it had been kicked down and there was an attempted repair. Our room was supposed to include a microwave but it had none. The ironing board was there but not useable because it had no cover-just the metal frame. The sheets on one bed were fine but on the 2nd bed they were thread bare and looked dirty/stained. The tub had also seen better days. My friend was going to take a bath and decided it wasn't a good idea because of the patch that didn't look like a patch and the hairs (which were also in the sink). The shower head was so low I even had to crouch down (and I'm 5'3"!). And the exhaust vent was extremely loud and screetchy it was unusable. In addition the rug was filthy and extremely worn. There were visible unknown substances and stains all over the floor. The fridge had a loose wire hanging down inside. When I talked to the desk clerk he told me there was nothing he could do for me and he wasn't allowed to change rooms for guests. If we could have afforded to pay for another room that night we would have left. I used to train hotel staff. This is NOT how a hotel should be run or maintained and NOT how guests should be treated! Oh, also beware that they will want to charge you for deposits they never disclose before you arrive.

The room was big, and in a relatively quiet area (even though right next to a road). Bed was comfortable and what I needed for the night, however the shower head was broken, and sprayed everywhere. Breakfast had a good range, however they don’t have a fridge so the cream cheese is out on the bench.

This property is not clean it all and very run down. Reminded me on staying on the bad side of the town. We had to switch room because it was very dirty with sheets, screws on the grown, bugs in the fridge and ditry walls. I could keep going but pointless. Our second room was not any better. I should of brought my own sheets and cleaning supplies. Outside was not safe.
