Somerset Arms.
The landlords were so kind and generous. The rooms were clean and big. Good location to explore the beautiful area. Close to Frome and Shepton Mallet. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed three nights...
There is new management, and lots of details are still being tweeked - but it was an amazing room - looking out on a field at sunrise - comfortable and clean bed, stunning tub AND shower... very roomy, nice amenities. The family running the inn is sweet and accommodating. There's not much nearby; a car is a must!! And things close down early in those parts. Didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food, but we were happy and got a true taste of being out in the country. The birds, stars and peace were all heavenly.

Cozy and authentic
This little B&B was cozy and idyllic. Most B&Bs I have stayed at have shared bathrooms, so having a private bathroom was a plus. The staff was so kind and helpful. Alice and David are the best! The food was fantastic.

A good country pub
I only stayed here for one night but I had a good night's sleep and the evening meal was good. Room was a good size, with traditional furniture and a comfortable bed. The pub has recently been taken over so I guess the new publicans are finding their feet, but it is a typical country pub.
