If I could give it 10 stars I would
If I could give it 10 stars I would. We have been fortunate to stay in hotels in numerous countries and this property is in our top 2 worldwide. The service was warm, welcoming, friendly and above all felt sincere and genuine. The staff were certainly top shelf and were some of the friendliest hotel staff we have encountered and every time you return to the hotel make you feel like family returning home. The pool is a welcome oasis after a day out exploring, especially after our visit to Ankor Wat and the staff are happy to serve you poolside. The rooms we had were perfect for the 5 days we stayed. Roomy with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a balcony. The location is walking distance to Pub Street with all it has to offer. Would we stay here again? Without a moments hesitation!! Thanks to the team at this hotel for making our first trip to Cambodia an unforgettable pleasure.

This hotel has ruined us for all others. The staff are beyond lovely, and the service was excellent. They granted wishes we didn't even know we had. If we ever return to Siem Reap, we would only stay here.

Fabulous hotel centrally located
From the moment you arrive NOTHING is too much trouble, the staff genuinely care about your stay. So much so one of the staff said if we saw any mosquitos in our room the would come in and spray round, she also said if we found the bed hard she could put something on top to make it more comfy. We didn’t need any of those things. Breakfast is preordered from a lovely selection and we tried a few different ones and they were all delicious. The location of the hotel is a couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants therefore there maybe some noise. We wasn’t troubled by any particularly with the air con on. It didn’t disturb our sleep at all. We loved our stay and highly recommend other to stay here. We felt we arrived as guests and left as treasured friends. We hope to be back

Great staff and service. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the night market and Pub Street just around the corner, but far enough so the night noise doesn't bother. Nice to relax by the pool after a long day walking the temple ruins. Could do with some lounge seating by the bar for evening cocktails. And a gym would be nice. The free airport ride is apparently only when you arrive (need to let them know 3 days in advance to pick you up), but when I pointed out that wasn't clear they came through and comped us the ride to the airport when we left as well.

We stayed for two nights and had an enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Pub Street and with easy access for taxis and tuktuks to visit the temples. The staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I have traveled all over the world and stayed in literally thousands of hotels and motels. This was by far the friendliest staff I have ever met. Extraordinary. It is located a block from Pub Street and once you walk inside you'll be as amazed as I was. Love this place and it's accomodating staff. STAY HERE!
