Absolutely beautiful hotel - room was great and very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful in both getting us situated at the hotel and helping us get a tour through the temples. Would highly recommend!
The staff is amazing. This is one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
This hotel was amazing. They picked us up from the airport on time, welcomed us in the lobby with drinks and a cold towel, and even gave us a very welcomed surprise on our bed with a beautiful decoration of flowers and our names spelled our on the bed. The service was great, they greet you with a bow every time you walk by. They were always ready to help. The location is close to pub street and the pool is very nice after a long day. The breakfast is made to order as well which was nice. The only complaint I would have is that the employee managers that where the suits seem to know the most English, the other employees not as much, so communicating with them is difficult at time, but because everyone is so nice, it's hard to be mad at that.
It was very clean. And a great location staff was wonderful
The staff were super friendly and I recommend this hotel. It is close to the main pub street. From the moment we walked into the hotel, it was welcoming. The did some small gestures that went a long way. The pool area was nice. There could be some noise from the clubs close by but wasn't loud enough to really cause any issues.
The staff are very nice and try everything possible to make us stay as comfortable as possible.
Felt at Home. Great Hotel. Will come back. Highly recommend this gem. perfect location
My solo stay at Khmer Mansion was outstanding with one single exception. They contacted me in advance to arrange (free) airport pick-up. When I arrived (flight delayed) a charming young man (Lee) was waiting with my name on a placard and transported me to the hotel in a very nice Lexus SUV. Reception at hotel was warm and welcoming and a cold towel, welcome drink and snacks were given. The sole disappointment then occurred: The hotel was overbooked for the first night of my stay, and I had to go to a sister hotel. The other hotel was quite nice and, I think, a slightly higher level, so no complaint there. It's just the inconvenience of having to move during my stay. They were very apologetic and did everything to make the move painless, including transporting me to the other facility, transporting me back to the hotel that evening because I had arranged pick-up for dinner at the Khmer Rouge, then meeting me the following morning to transport me to the hotel at the time of my choosing. They also could not possibly have been nicer staff, regardless of the situation. Everyone knew my name from my arrival onward. The manager paid special attention to me every time I came downstairs. As compensation for my inconvenience they offered me a complimentary dinner in the restaurant as well as a free glass of wine. My room was quite attractive and had all the expected amenities. The balcony with furniture overlooked the pool. I could go on, but have reached the limit.
Booked four room, just got two on first night, we’re angry, but they made up, excellent staff and service, location, highly recommend it. Anagin sevice and service were bar none, seven star service on budget.
Overall I had a good experience here. The staff tries really hard to make sure that you have everything that you need. I feel like they really go out of their way to ensure that you are happy. The food is great. The only problem I had was the noise level. They did help me choose a different more quiet room when I booked more nights. The noise from the nearby clubs can be overwhelming so be sure to inquire about the poolside rooms as those are the have the lowest level of noise. Otherwise the noise goes strong till 4 am. This is beyond their control but I wish I had known when I booked the first couple of nights.
