Hotel was clean and comfortable. A few spots of concern on the walls. Overall very good. Outdoor pools is filled in, so not in use. Indoor pool is very loud with kids yelling. Continental breakfast was very good and convenient. Tried to watch FIFA, but the TV kept freezing and wasn’t very clear. Stuff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Disappointed in the place
Staff for check in was really nice and helpful but the staff for the evening acted like you was a bother to them and was very rude when you asked for extra towels like it was to much work for them what a few extra towels. We used the ones in the room housekeeping took them and only gave us 2 back. They kicked us out of the pool at 10 when it said it was open from 7am to 12am. The ceiling was falling down in our bathroom, shower head was broke in half, the toilet kept running and was so loud it woke the kids up. And if you didn’t get down to break early u has no where to sit in the dinning room because you wasn’t allow to take it of the room. You was even lucky enough to get breakfast if you was down there on time.
