The hotel location is amazing! Right in the center of all the action. Beautifully appointed and has a great updated feel, while still keeping the old charm. I would definitely recommend a stay for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Great location and hotel very nice.had some minor issues with desk staff upon arrival.after a long journey I was talking to one staff member who wanted our passports etc and while dealing with that had another staff member telling us about discounts at restaurant and other benefits .infornation overload trying to deal with 2 people at same time.got to room and no electricity.needed what appeared to be a door card to insert in reader on wall to turn on power but we only had a standard door key with a metal tab attached with room number on it.Transpires after calling front desk that the metal fob was in fact the card to insert in slot.why didn’t staff tell us that? Also played around with air con control to cool room for 10 min .when it wouldn’t work called front desk again and they advised they control air con from the front desk and not the controls in room??? Again this was not explained when checking in.minor blips but annoying when your exhausted.Hotel breakfast fantastic and staff generally super helpful.
