BEST COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES
The hotel was great it had amazing complimentary services like the cheese and wine afternoons and the car service to close destinations. I have traveled extensively and never received a perk like this. The staff was friendly, the hotel has a super cool vibe and it’s extremely well located. Would recommend it to anyone visiting LA.

Overcharged and not responding to emails
Would not recommend this hotel. I was overcharged and reception and supervisor told me the pending charge would be cancelled but I was charged anyway. Emailed them multiple times and have not received any response. Would not recommend this area for families as there’s crackheads in all the surrounding streets. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable either and had what felt like a plastic mattress. Wish I stayed somewhere else.
