The room was nice and the view was great. However it did not have a fireplace as described on the website. When this was brought up with the manager she was less than helpful and referred us back to Hotels.com as we were just a “3rd party booker” and there was nothing that they could do about it. (We noticed that they changed the description of the room to delete the fireplace after we bought it up.) Based on the attitude of the manager we will book elsewhere on our frequent visits to the Oregon coast.
